Research Programs

Our research programs are carried out to benefit patients by improving work organization and people and team management practices.

Research Programs:

  • Psychosocial surveys to assess different phenomenon such as work climate, organizational commitment, patient satisfaction, etc.
  • Action-research that wishes to implement organizational change.
  • Semi experimental research to test hypotheses related to the implementation of organizational changes that would lead to better patients outcomes.
  • Qualitative research to improve our understanding of phenomenon or research questions that are difficult to process with a quantitative approach.

To summarize, CRISO aims to mobilize practitionners (physicians, pharmacists, nurses, healthcare professionals, etc.) and health organization senior managers to recognize and eliminate major organizational problems related to negative patient outcomes, and to implement organizational changes that would lead to better patients outcomes
