CRISO contributes to the QWQHC's site section "Ask a researcher"

In collaboration with the Quality Worklife Quality Healthcare Collaborative (QWQHC), CRISO submitted a shot communication for the "Ask a researcher" section of their site. This text describes results from our current action research program (REISS-CRISO).
CRISO submitted the following question: "Can the improvement of various aspects of the psychosocial environment have an effect on the quality and safety of care? If so, what indicators can help decision makers in health services to make informed decisions?"
