CRISO : A MUHC Enterprise
CRISO is a group of senior researchers and OD consultants offering to health care and social services organizations from Quebec, Canada and France, services aiming to improve the psychosocial work environment in relation with the quality of care and services. Our specificity consists in putting in place with the collaboration of concerned decisions makers, processes that ensure scientific and practical knowledge production, leadership and teamwork skills development and organizational changes implementation.
During the five last years, CRISO has received grants for about one million dollars to implement that kind of action research processes into health care organizations
